Dr. Dawn Casas is an Assistant Professor of Communication at ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥ Southern University. She teaches Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking. Dr. Casas’ research interests include interpersonal and intercultural communication. Her doctoral dissertation examined the conflict adaptations of bi-ethnic marriages. First and foremost, Dr. Casas views herself as a teacher, seeking to make the concepts of her courses come alive to students and for them to find ways to apply theory to their everyday lives.
